1. Why do we charge $20 for shipping service?

We cooperate with UPS right now and this shipping fee is based on the price which UPS offers us.

2. What could you do if you are unwilling to be charged the shipping fees?

Any customers who purchased more than $100 could have free shipping service. Our on-line store has more than 1,000 products, include supplements, cosmetics, food and so on. Such plenty choices, we are pretty sure you will be able to find the products you need. If you are not far from our store, you could select the option of walk-in during the online payment. This option won’t charge you anything. Otherwise, we will offer the discount coupons and gift certificates. These could decrease the fees.

3. Can’t find the products. Are the items on our website all our inventory?

Of course not. Our physical store has more than 10,000 different kinds of products. The products we have updated on our website are the most popular ones. If you are not be able to find the product you are looking for, you are welcome to call us or send us an email to demand it; it may be on the shelf of our physical store. We could create an online invoice for you.

4. Is it possible to do a special order for the products not in stock?

If the brand you demand has cooperation with us, we could do the special order for you. One of our staffs will inform you when we receive the product.
